Who we are

Sarasota Pool Refinishing is a trade name of Terragroupe, LLC. In these terms, "we" means Terragroupe, LLC.

Information, not advice

Pages, guides and the Pool Surface Condition Check are general information. They are not engineering, legal, tax or insurance advice, and they are not an offer of pool work or a price.

Permit rules, water rules and contractor licenses change, so check with your building department, your water utility and the state licensing site before you decide.

No contractor relationship

Sarasota Pool Refinishing is a guide. We do not resurface pools or do any pool work. Pool work is done by a licensed pool contractor under a written agreement between you and that contractor.

Check the contractor's state license and insurance before you sign.

No requests yet

We are not taking requests. When a licensed pool contractor is named on this site, we may pass on a request, but only with your consent. We may decline or delay a request. Telling us about your pool will never oblige you to buy.

Our content

The text, data compilations and design of this site belong to Terragroupe, LLC or its sources. You may link to a page. Do not copy the site in bulk or pass our content off as yours.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as is, and Terragroupe, LLC is not liable for losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms.
