About Sarasota Pool Refinishing
Sarasota Pool Refinishing is a guide run by Terragroupe, LLC. We do not resurface pools or do any pool work, and we are not taking requests yet. A licensed pool contractor does this work, and we are lining one up.

What this site is
Sarasota Pool Refinishing is a local guide to pool resurfacing in Sarasota. We read the state contractor law, the City's pool checklist, the water reports and the public guides. Then we put the plain version here, with the source and the date next to every number.
We are not a pool contractor. We do not resurface pools or do any pool work.
Who does the work
Florida's contractor law lists pool interior refinishing in the pool and spa contractor scopes. A licensed pool contractor does this work. We are lining one up.
Before this site takes any request, it will name that contractor: their legal name, state license number, license type, the counties it covers and the date we checked it. Until then there is no request form and no phone line on this site.
How we handle facts
- Every number has a named public source, or it is marked as our arithmetic.
- Every page shows the date it was last updated.
- If we cannot confirm a claim, we leave it out. We found no Florida figure for how long pool finishes last, so we show national ranges and say so.
- We do not show price figures while no licensed provider is named.
- Legal points are general information from the statute text, not legal advice.
What you will not find here
