Review policy
Sarasota Pool Refinishing is a guide run by Terragroupe, LLC. We do not resurface pools or do any pool work, and we are not taking requests yet. A licensed pool contractor does this work, and we are lining one up.

Who we are
Sarasota Pool Refinishing is a trade name of Terragroupe, LLC. In this policy, "we" means Terragroupe, LLC.
Where things stand
No reviews appear on this site, and none will appear until a licensed pool contractor is named. We do not do pool work, so there is nothing of ours to review.
Where reviews will appear
Reviews of the licensed contractor will be shown, if at all, as a link to that contractor's own Google reviews or as a labeled copy of them. A label names the business that was reviewed and the site where the review was posted. We do not blend reviews of different businesses into one score.
How reviews will be asked for
When jobs start, every customer whose job is complete will get the same message on the same schedule. We will not pick who is asked based on how the job went.
No rewards
We do not pay for reviews. We do not give discounts, gifts or prize entries in return for one. We never ask for a particular opinion, good or bad 1.
People who are left out
We do not ask for or show reviews from anyone with a tie to the business. That includes owners, managers, employees, the contractor's owners and workers, and close relatives of any of them.
What we show and what we remove
We show every review that meets the same few rules, whether it is kind or harsh. We remove a review only if it is clearly false or fake, is about a different business, shares private information, is abusive, or breaks the rules of the site that hosts it.
If we ever show only some of the reviews, we say so and say how they were chosen.
Our relationship with the contractor
A referral service may be paid by the contractor it refers people to. When that applies, we say so right next to the referral.
The wording is: "Sarasota Pool Refinishing is paid by the contractor when you hire it through this site."
Rules we follow
We follow the FTC rule on fake and bought reviews 1 and the review policies of the sites that host the reviews.
